These are projects that I am currently working with, or have worked with previously:

Tien-Yi Chao  (Taiwan) – ‘An Extraordinary Woman: An Interpretation of the Writings of Margaret Cavendish, Duchess of Newcastle‘ (PhD thesis, University of Sussex, to be examined in May, 2006).        

Ming-Chang Tien  (Taiwan) – ‘Thirty-Thousand-Miles of Exile’ – a photographic installation and exhibition at the University of Brighton, August 23rd – September 4th, 2004, and a written interview with the artist. (PhD thesis, to be submitted in September, 2006),

Annie Wang (Taiwan) – “Picturing Motherhood’ – an installation and exhibition at the University of Brighton, August 25th – September 7th, 2005 (PhD thesis, to be submitted 2006-2007).

Pei-Ying Hsieh (Taiwan) – The Representation of Violence and Non-Violence: an analysis of Wyndham Lewis’s ‘Enemy of the Stars’’ (PhD thesis currently in progress)

Edward Hsieh (Taiwan) – ‘The Role of the Development of the Aircraft Industry in Taiwan’ (originally submitted as a PhD thesis, University of Sussex, 2004)        

Chia-Mei Yang – ‘ Communication and Dislocation visualised in the Family Meal, through Artists’ Books’ – (work towards PhD thesis).

Jo-Tsieh Yao (Taiwan) – ‘From the Map to the Journey – Visual representation in Book Form’ (PhD thesis, to be submitted in 2006-2007)

Jongjean Kwang (Korea) – ‘Visualising the Concept of Sacredness through Digital Photography and Animation’ (PhD thesis, to be submitted in 2006-2007)

Soon-Sun Hwang (Korea) – ‘ Horangi: The Korean Tiger Visualised: Multimedia Animations and Artists’ Books’ (PhD thesis, currently in progress)
