This project begins August 18th 2007 and intends to chart the extensive grounds, outbuildings and major appurtenances of Grammercy Park. The owners have not granted permissions nor have they denied them.

At the completion of the task it will be evident to all but the most cynical of you what constitutes the very essence of grace, of culture, of ambition in our Society and its occasional tempering by human falibility.

I will not intervene in any way but let the visual evidence speak for itself, clean and true.
