3.2 Julia Winckler’s films next week - Traces (8 minutes) and Leaving Atlantis... “focuses on cultural displacement and loss of home...” we hope to have also digital artist Nerea Martinez and Ruth Rix, painter attending.

• Translations from oral text and narrative into a more interactive concept,
shifting from a historical account into a more active approach to personal
histories.
• How to deal with personal imagery and views - in relation to objective
material in the format that it comes in.
• How to visualise material to make it 'live' - to make it appropriate to the
subject and how it can be best presented, keywords such as, memory, narrative, association, depth, context, significance, authority.

3.4 Ming Chang Tien, talk about recent work in Taiwan, returning to the town of his birth.
