Eric Fraser

Fraser was the consummate professional - expending energy on large and
small panel alike. The following four images are small black and white
images reproduced on sub standard post war austerity paper - yet they
retain detail, balance and tonal control. The drawing is almost unparalleled
for the period. As always Fraser can give his figures moumental gravity
and his landscapes a plausible quaility of the idyllic.
