The erotic potential of the Airline Hostess/Stewardess is implicit in most publicity imagery -

the uniform,

the body language of servitude

the constant attention to the passenger's needs (no matter how outlandish or boorish).

From the images we can learn much of the way a drink can be handed over, how a smile can be constant and sincere, and (top row) how the Hostess will even remember your name. She is a sort of Lap Dancer of the of 1950's, you can look and marvel, but not touch. The bottom row reminds us that she is allowed ideas and fantasies of her own.
